From growing up on the beaches in Ocean, NJ, to now living in Charleston, Emily is truly a beach bum.
There isn’t an outdoor sport that Emily doesn’t love - from tennis and softball, to snowboarding, skiing, and surfing - she always finds a way to stay active and be outside!

Emily attended Clemson University where she continued to be active and grow her love for all things sports. With her degree in psychology and education, Emily has always been passionate about helping those around her, and hoped to make an impact on others mindsets and ability to learn.

Driven to empower others to achieve their goals, Emily received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, where she gained experience working with higher level athletes and people of all backgrounds to help them reach their full potential.

Emily wants to show people that anything is possible, even what may seem unimaginable right now. Through persistence, consistency, and 1-on-1 guidance, Emily loves helping people do things that they didn’t think they were capable of.
