"Do you take my insurance?"
We take an individualized, whole-health, goal oriented approach with our patients.

We are proud to provide transparency, autonomy, and effective treatment without restrictions created by insurance companies.

We know how important it is to get you back to your active lifestyle.

This is why our practice does not submit claims to insurance.

Because your physical and mental well-being is our utmost priority, we have chosen not to be limited by insurance companies.
We are a self-pay clinic. This was an intentional decision that allows our doctors to provide the care we believe you deserve. Insurance-based models limit quality and effectiveness of care due to restrictions, high patient volumes, and short, unsupervised treatment.
Through 60+ minute, 1-on-1 sessions, we can focus on providing the highest quality of care for our patients.

Patients may pay for services via credit card, HSA, FSA, cash, or check. Some patients submit a paid bill for services to their insurance for possible reimbursement depending on their plan.
We’re all about decreasing barriers so that YOU can get the results you deserve.

Let’s get you back to what you love!

What Our Patients Are Saying
"Every single minute in their practice is aimed at getting you back in the saddle efficiently and safely. Their pricing structure is a STEAL for the individualized, research based, compassionate care you will receive. Worth every single penny and more. Do not waste your time elsewhere, get over to Made2Move and get BETTER."
- Bethany Jaenicke

“We are so grateful for Made 2 Move for providing something different that insurance just doesn’t provide. We have had a wonderful experience at Made2Move!"
- Ashley Fine

"I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident in my treatment plan than I do here! My PT is attentive and knowledgeable, and there’s such a focus on the patient here at this clinic. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. I have so much faith and confidence. I no longer fear injury, or like I have to chose between an activity and pain."
