Physical Therapy

Physical therapy uses a variety of techniques to help you achieve your goals. Manual therapy aids in improving range of motion (ROM), strength, motor control, and modulates pain. Some common manual therapy techniques include joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, and dry needling. Once you are moving better and with less pain, we use therapeutic and corrective exercises to make these improvements stick and to strengthen them. You also receive an individualized home exercise program to reinforce these principles, help manage pain, and promote healing.

Women’s Health Services

We offer physical therapy services that are tailored to the unique physiology, exercise demands, and health concerns of women throughout their lifespan. This ensures you receive a comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plan to enable you to return to the activities you love. We have specialized training to assist women in preparing for the changes that occur during pregnancy, recover after delivery, and issues that arise specifically for women.

Comprehensive Dry Needling

A cutting edge technique using small monofiliament needles inserted into the muscle to induce a healing response to help treat injuries and reduce pain. Occasionally used in conjunction with electrical stimulation.
