Yoga and meditation are powerful tools for healing and pain management.

During this 4 week course, Dr. Rachel Heller will lead you through a weekly yoga flow with meditation. You'll learn about pain, breath work, meditation, and how to return to your practice in a way that supports your body.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Yoga Instructor herself, Rachel helps her clients overcome frustrating pain and injuries and guides them back to living active and healthy lifestyles.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or occasional discomfort, this course will provide you with the tools to manage your pain with the help of your yoga practice.

This course will take place every Thursday in July at 7:15-8:15am inside the yoga studio at Ethos Athletic Club.

To ensure each participant receives individualized attention, we are limiting this course to 8 participants.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to yoga and meditation, this series is designed to accommodate all levels of experience.
