If you struggle with leakage/heaviness with running, jumping, or lifting weights, you're not alone. It can feel really frustrating to deal with.

It's common, but you don't have to live it with forever.


The good news is - it can be SOLVED! 

At this workshop, Dr. Lauren Mihalek and Dr. Jenny Schultz will teach you how to address common pelvic floor issues like leakage, heaviness, and weakness and will teach you how to build a healthy pelvic floor!

This workshop is great for anyone who is either...

  • struggling with leakage and heaviness 

  • pregnant or postpartum and wanting to get back into fitness

  • looking to improve pelvic floor function and core strength

You don't have to have kids or be pregnant/postpartum to attend.

Pelvic floor issues can impact ANYONE with their exercise and training.
