If you’re ready to improve your health and set yourself up for a successful TIFL season, now’s your time to learn how to strength train in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment from Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength training expert herself, Rachel Riley!
Strength training is key to unlocking your full potential and we’re dedicated to providing women with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed.
With up to only 6 women per class, you’ll receive top quality training, individualized attention, hands-on feedback, and a customized program based on your experience and needs.
This program is designed to help you build strength, decrease risk of injuries, and is perfect for triathletes. Stay injury free and swim, bike, and run with more stamina!
This 3 week series will be held at 7am on every Monday and Wednesday from July 12 - July 31 at Made 2 Move Summerville.
