MADE2PLAY Soccer Strength Program

One of the most important factors for both Sports Performance and Injury Prevention is strength training! This program is designed to set you apart from the crowd.
 
The Winter/Spring strength program will be from January 16th  to April 10th. Sessions will be every Monday at 5:30pm at our Made 2 Move - ACL Performance Lab.
 
This program will fill up fast. We are only taking up to 12 female athletes from SURF Soccer Club for the Spring Semester. We have designed the program to ensure the athlete improves in strength, athletic development, and sports performance.
