Hannah talks about how humans adapt to stressors and explains the relationship between stress, recovery, and adaptation. Humans are extremely complex systems - looking at training and life through this lens shows us how and why humans respond to stress, how to get the results you want from your training, how training really works, why it always “depends,” and why you should look at the person as a whole, and why we need to take all factors into consideration.
