July TIFL Small Group Strength Training - 3 Weeks


Back by popular demand - the TIFL ladies loved this class so much that we decided to offer it again in July! 


Looking to strength train with a personalized, safe, and clinically-proven approach in a small group setting? Sign up for our women’s only semi-private clinical strength training program, led by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Rachel Riley! 


You’ll receive top quality training in a small group setting, allowing for individualized attention, hands-on feedback, and a customized program based on your experience and needs.


This program is designed to help you build strength, decrease risk of injuries, build confidence in and out of the weight room, and set you up for an awesome Tri It For Life season! 


This 3 week series will be held at 7am on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 12 to July 31 at Made 2 Move Summerville.
