What does a Telehealth Appointment Look Like?
Secure and private
Our Telehealth services are provided through a HIPPA complaint video call.
Value Based Care
Our initial consultations are 60 minutes while our follow up calls are 30 minutes.
Easy to use and convenient
Prior to your scheduled appointment you will get a link via email. You will join the call and have access to share your camera with one of our clinicians.
Easy to Follow At-Home Programs
The clinicians may ask you to perform movements or exercises on camera so we can better assess your current needs.
After the call, you will receive a follow up email covering all the information covered during the call and as well as a detailed exercise plan to get you back to full strength.
